Phnom Penh, Cambodia – Foreign Trade Bank of Cambodia (FTB) and MSNH Investment Co., Ltd (MSNH) proudly marked a significant milestone with the topping-out ceremony for its new headquarter, FTB Tower, on May 12th, 2025. The FTB Tower has been developed through a joint collaboration between MSNH and FTB, with the ground-breaking ceremony of the construction project held on April 22nd, 2022.

The topping-out ceremony was held at the Tower Site and attended by FTB’s Chairman, CEO, and the senior management team of both FTB and MSNH, along with the main contractor, China Construction Midland Cambodia, Bureau Veritas Cambodia (Project Manager) and consultants including Aedas (Project Designer), Meinhardt and BK Asia.

FTB Tower has a total gross floor area of 77,593 square meters, 28 floors and dedicated 4 floors at the basement to accommodate car and motorbike parking. FTB Tower is located on Lot A, Sangkat Monorom, Khan 7 Makara along Russian Boulevard, at the heart of Phnom Penh business center. FTB Tower is a Grade A Office Building. The tower is a structure that excels in multiple areas, using the latest technologies in building automation, fire safety, energy conservation and environmental protection, and complied with local and international building standards.

The project is on track for full completion later in October this year with the interior works and system design now underway.
