Main Duties
To provide financial literacy education to customers and communities through workshops, events, and digital content.
To explain key financial topics such as budgeting, saving, debt management, interest rates, and financial planning in a simple and practical way.
To promote responsible use of banking products and services, including accounts, loans, cards, and digital channels.
To support customers in understanding basic financial terms, fees, and transaction processes to reduce misunderstandings and complaints.
To coordinate with branches, marketing, and relevant departments to plan and deliver financial literacy activities.
To prepare learning materials such as presentations, brochures, guides, and social media content for awareness campaigns.
To encourage safe and secure digital financial practices and fraud awareness for customers.
To collect feedback and track participation to improve future financial literacy programs and content.
Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager.
Skills/ Experiences
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Economics, Education, or related field.
Experience in customer service, training, communication, community outreach, or banking operations is preferable.
Good understanding of personal finance concepts such as budgeting, saving, borrowing, and financial planning.
Ability to explain financial concepts to non-technical audiences in a clear and friendly manner.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good presentation and facilitation skills.
Good time management and ability to organize events and materials effectively.
Strong teamwork and coordination skills across departments.
Basic knowledge of digital banking and common fraud/scam awareness.
