Requirement

  • Minimum opening and on-going balance $1,000
  • Open Savings / Current account for Fixed Deposit interest payment
  • Memorandum and articles of association, Certificate of Incorporation or Permit letter to operate business
  • VAT Certificate or Latest Patent
  • Identification documents of directors, shareholders and account holders
  • Bank forms
  • Other related documents (if needed)

Terms and Conditions

  • For all FDs closed before the maturity date, within one year or less, customers will receive an interest rate equal to the Savings Account rate. For FD with a term greater than 12 months, if closed before maturity the customers will receive interest rate equal to the lower tier of the lower (Listed of the rate on the table attached above).
  • Interest is subject to withholding tax. (6.00% for resident and 14% for non-resident)
