How Escrow Service Works
1. Agreement Signing
Both parties agree on the terms and conditions of Escrow Service Agreement.
2. Deposit
The buyer transfers the agreed funds into secure Escrow Account. The money is safely held and cannot be accessed by either party during the process.
3. Completion & Transfer
The funds are released to the seller once all the terms and conditions satisfied:
- Ownership is legally transferred
- Final documentation is provided to both parties
- Other condition is fulfilled.
