PHNOM PENH, June 10, 2026 – FTB, the first commercial bank in Cambodia, officially renewed its partnership by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Home Loan Cooperation with Orkide Development, a leading real estate developer. The signing ceremony took place on Wednesday morning, June 10, 2026. Through this renewed collaboration, customers will enjoy exclusive and flexible financing conditions for Orkide’s projects, including a loan-to-value (LTV) ratio of up to 80% of the total property value, competitive interest rates starting from 7%, and a loan tenure of up to 20 years.
Mr. Dith Sochal, Chief Executive Officer of FTB, stated: “Through the signing of this MoU today, both of our institutions are fully prepared to strengthen and expand our cooperation. Our goal is to provide utmost convenience to customers wishing to purchase a home from ‘Orkide Development’. They can apply for a loan from FTB for up to 80% of the total property value, with a repayment period of up to 20 years and an annual interest rate of just 7% for USD currency. This offer comes with a simplified loan approval process and special programs tailored for both customers and bank staff.”
